Now, I want you to know something…these two Buddha’s never complain about the weather, they keep saying, “Live in the Moment” Have you tried that? It takes “practice”.

wake up! Watch for the Lavender Bus!

There are three images in this email I would invite you to look at and save if you like. One is an ancient Buddhist image, Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, a patron deity of Tibet. Eons ago he was ready to become a Buddha but vowed to wait until every soul on earth had become free. Avalokiteshvara helps everyone who asks or needs assistance.

That is the reason for the exciting picture of, the Lavender Bus and Trailer of a contemporary Bodhisattva, Symantha Stevens. Watch out for the Lavender Bodhisattva Bus!! Now it is parked in our driveway, in the forest near Neshkoro. Soon it will hit the road on a mission of service to all brings. She is serving those communities in need of rebuilding, redeveloping and transformation. Symantha is an active member of the recovery community, and will be stopping by those communities as she ventures across our country to help those in need and then beyond. She is an excellent carpenter, and has many skills beyond those abilities. Beginning this journey with a Lavender Bus, the front section her living quarters and the large section, tools to build a house and more. In these times of violence, lack of trust, fear mongering, continued racism and discrimination against the GLBT communities sending this generous bodhisattva out from here in a few days is a real joy. Good luck Sister! Our Bodhisattva Sister is the collage.
To day she cut up two trees and split them for our family here in in Milwaukee, wonderful!

We wanted you all to know about her journey and her “Mission to serve People”. She heads for the mid-eastern states now moving north in the spring to continue the rebuilding from Storm Sandy. She is taking the risk and the joy on our behalf. Remember her in your prayers. If you want to contact her, send me an email at koshin@centurytel.net mention LB the Lavender Bus! For the time being, communications are limited, but we will be able to find her she promised!! Blessings SS! And The Lavender Bus!!!!!!!
